ill-ēsha (Denver, CO)

The delicate honey drip of soul through the ones and zeroes, tension and release, a caged bird set free soaring above the shifting tectonic plates of rhythm and bass.

A fully dimensional artist, ill-esha remains in touch with her DJ past.

“In my live shows, there’s an extra layer of freestyle energy. I think it’s really important to make each show special, and make people have to see you.” Differentiating from the albums, she adds, “I like to make solid songs, and just a whole level of randomness when it’s live.” With turntables, keytars, vocal loopers, and other instrumentals integrated within her sets, all of the iterations of ill-esha’s journey are represented.

CharlestheFirst (Lake Tahoe, CA)

Fusing his hip hop roots with lush and experimental electronic composition, he has developed a danceable style steeped in dreaminess and psychedelia. CharlestheFirst is unique in that his sound has an expression individual to his upbringing in the Sierra Nevadas, exciting and adventurous. With his originality of musical interpretation, he’s able to take the listener on their own personal journey, right alongside him…nothing but smiles, good vibes and excitement.

Av8triX /// Lindsey Jean Mullins (Humboldt, CA)

Lindsey's love for bass music, Future RnB, and eclectic electronica has led her to delve into the creative world of live mixing. Purple Couch Manager and Hospitality coordinator. In the Summer Lindsey can be found behind the scenes in the Northern CA music festival industry, where she works as Hospitality coordinator for Northern Nights Music Festival and Art Gallery Manager at Enchanted Forest and Lucidity. She is creating a special mix to share with our guests to set the vibes right.

Jason Burruss (Denver, CO - Humboldt, CA)

Jason Burruss creates thematic auditory experiences that are carefully curated to the time, setting, and atmosphere of the venue. Healing bass tones, ethnic grooves, and futuristic vocals and synths are often layered into his palette of live music mixes.

Dreams are created. Through these layered and sampled textures of music the vibration of all music and the separations of genre are healed.

“While focusing on deep healing bass tones the instrumental leads of my mixes are of a broad range of carefully chosen spectrums. Bringing the listener in and out of dreamscapes, in and out of ambience and bass, in and out of down and mid tempos. I believe in creating a spectrum of emotional resonance, from inspiring and hopeful tones to deep dark tribal bass rhythms.”
