RIP Mile High Movie Roast and Mile High Sci-Fi
After 14 years, 150 movies, 5 theaters, countless guest comics, 50,000 cans of Dale's Pale Ale, and several liver transplants, Mile High Sci-Fi/Mile High Movie Roast has reached the end of the line and Denver's longest running comedy show is shutting down.
BUT, they aren't going quietly. MHSF is throwing the mother-of-all blowout farewell show to put it to bed once and for all. Mile High Sci-Fi founders Matt Vogl and Harrison Rains will host the big finale on FRIDAY JUNE 28th at the Oriental Theater (where they did their very first show 14 years ago).
The film is a surprise and will be announced at the show. And Mr. Pac-Man, once called Denver'stop up and coming punk band, are getting back together for one show and will blow the roof off the theater after the film.
We are gonna rock the Oriental and give the show a proper burial. We're pulling out all the stops with lots of surprises, special guests, awesome giveaways (like posters and props from past shows, stuff we stole over the years, Dale's kitch and so much more) but you can only win if you are wearing a costume from your favorite movie. Any movie.
