Roland, an amazing 13 year old boy from Colorado who has been battling cancer for 8 years. He lives with his mother, 16 year old brother and his grandfather. He's a wonderful young man with an amazing spirit.
In July of 2013, when he was just 5 years old, Roland was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called Rhabdomyosarcoma . This type of cancer attacked his eye. Happily, Roland was able to rise to the occasion and was declared cancer free in 2014.
